Our In-House Embroidery
Yes, we can offer embroidery
only services as well as a "turn key" service on apparel and
accessories from our apparel
and accessories catalog.
Our embroidery
service page gives our
charges for embroidery only on customer supplied items.
Still, first you'll need to know
your stitch count from a digitized
logo.
 Another
thing to know are some limitations of embroidery. Its thread so you get
deterioration of detail with thread-on-top-of-thread designs and the smaller you
go. And you can only
go so small on lettering, usually no smaller that ¼" and maybe not that
small with some fonts.
Embroidery
is done with the item stabilized in a hoop or frame. If we can hoop it, we can
embroider it. If we can't, well...
From there we take it to our
Barudan 6-head, 7-thread
color, commercial embroidery machine with frames to
handle a wide variety of apparel items and accessories, manned by an 10-year
veteran technician where we care for your embroidered items as if we were going
to wear them ourselves.
From
carefully selecting appropriate stabilizers (backing required in the process of
embroidery) to closely monitoring the stitch progress, we aim for top quality
products every time.
