We don't accept online purchases because embroidery is a custom product. Designs must be digitized (converted to stitches and set up to be embroidered) and may require modification. For example, many brands contain an image and tagline but there are limitations to how small you can get good lettering with embroidery, sometimes a tagline must be modified or dropped for embroidery.

Once your order is finalized and artwork is approved, you will receive an invoice via e-mail which you can then pay online to start your order.

The minimum order for embroidered apparel and accessories is just six (6) total items, all receiving the same design. That means you can mix and match in your order to meet that minimum, like 3 sport shirts and 3 t-shirts.

When shopping in our promotional products catalog, minimum orders are different for each product and explained in the item description or options.

Embroidered apparel and accessories orders up to 144 pieces should be shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is finalized and artwork approved. Embroidery on customer-supplied items can generally be completed in 5-7 business days. Shipping time is then added, usually one day ground to most of Texas.

Turnaround for larger orders will be provided with quote.

All other promotional products distributed by THREADS have estimated production times described in the product's details plus shipping from the manufacturer.

For embroidery, THREADS will provide an electronic rendering of a digitized logo for customer approval. Colors will be matched as closely as possible to available thread colors using standard industry conversion charts.

Presentation of proofs, color and placement information for other imprinted items vary though we try to provide online proofing in most cases.
