What is your minimum order? 

The minimum order for embroidered apparel and accessories is six (6) items, all receiving same design. 

Embroidery only services and THREADS Printables have no minimum per published price list but do not qualify for free shipping or waiver of set up fees for less than twelve (12) items. 

For all other promotional items, the minimum order quantity is given in their description as the first column price.

How will I receive my artwork for approval? 

For embroidery, THREADS will provide an electronic rendering of a digitized logo for customer approval. Colors will be matched as closely as possible to available thread colors using standard industry conversion charts.   

Direct-to-garment digital printing is done from customer supplied art files so no further proofs or approval will be provided. 

Presentation of proofs, color and placement information for other items vary though we try to provide online proofing in most cases. 

What is your turnaround time? 

Embroidered apparel and accessories and THREADS Printables orders up to 144 pieces where THREADS supplies blanks should be shipped within 7-10 business days after order and artwork approval. 

Embroidery only orders up to 144 pieces have an estimated in-shop completion time of 5-7 business days from receipt of customer-supplied items and artwork approval.

Turnaround for larger orders will be provided with quote.

All other promotional products distributed by THREADS have estimated production times to which shipping time from product supplier is added.
