No Set-Up Charges: This offer applies 6-item minimum orders of embroidered apparel and accessories from our online catalog, all items receiving same design. Yes, that can be 2 caps, 2 totes and 2 polos. There are also no set-p charges on 12-item minimum order for Embroidery Only on customer-supplied items or personalization from standard font catalog.

Free digitizing is limited to left chest and cap size logos up to 6000 stitches for THREADS' use for product delivery. In other words, we may have to charge for highly complex or full designs (like crests and badges for example) or jacket backs and we only supply digitizing for our embroidery on our products.

To qualify for waiver of set up charges, customer must supply clear resolution art files up to seven (7) colors. But we take most any file format you have.

THREADS reserves the right to reject designs inappropriate for embroidery, make needed modifications or determine a design is outside the limits of this offer.

No set-up charges also applies to personalization orders using fonts we already have in our collection.

Shipping is by ground service with the carrier of THREADS' choice, usually UPS or US Post Office.
