TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY
TIMES: DTG Printing
Service orders up to 144 pieces estimated completion time is 5-7
business days from receipt of customer-supplied items and artwork approval. Turnaround for larger orders will be provided with quote.
SPOILAGE:
Printing of customer-supplied items may result in spoilage of up to
3%, rounded up to the nearest whole piece. (This should be interpreted to mean
that if even only one item is provided for embroidery it is subject to
spoilage.)
Credit only will be issued for spoiled items above 3% and limited to documented
cost of items at a maximum of $40 each.
SPECIAL
PACKAGING/OTHER SERVICES: Printing services and prices do not include
packaging removal or reassembly.
